Leftovers

I did a roast chicken dinner for lunch so for supper Grant and I had leftovers of this pasta mixed with sausage soup and Daniel had beans on toast and Noah had pasta with pesto and cheese.

Sausage soup is delicious and healthy and low in points. You fry up an onion (I also added a red pepper and some celery) then add a package of sausage meat and fry that up with it, breaking it up. Add two tins of chopped tomatoes, two chicken stock cubes and enough water to make the consistency you want your soup. I also threw in a drained can of haricot beans.
