Aunt Sally's Casserole
Well I don't know if she invented it, but I got the recipe from Aunt Jane in fact and she got it from Aunt Sally. I think Aunt Sally originally made it with potatoes, veg baked beans and cheese, but Aunt Jane made it with creamed style corn instead of beans and it's yummy that way too! Anyway, it was good, we all enjoyed it.

I enjoyed this when I had it at Aunty Sal's house in CT but have never made it. I have the recipe and shall have to try it!
