Now that we are a little more settled here in NZ I thought I'd start posting here again. Tonight we had fresh kahawai fish, caught today by Grant. (He went fishing on Paul's boat with another friend, Thomas.) It was delicious. We had it with shoestring fries and steamed corn and peas.
