BBQ with teriyaki marinated pork loin chops (they were so tender!), jacket potatoes and salad with my new favourite salad dressing - half a tablespoon each of malt vinegar and oil, a tablespoon of pesto and a tablespoon of mayonnaise, all mixed together.

Frankie & Benny's

I went out with friends to Frankie & Benny's; Grant BBQed some sausages and they had them in rolls.

I wouldn't normally do chicken two nights in a row but I came downstairs to see that Grant had started making supper so I wasn't going to interfere! We had barbecued chicken legs and thighs, salad and potato salad.

We had friends round for a BBQ for lunch and dinner was a repeat - salad, potato salad, three bean salad, burgers, rolls, sausages. Yoghurt fridge tart for dessert.
