Restaurant

We tried a different local restaurant. Sizzling Pubs type of place.

Frankie & Benny's

I went out with friends to Frankie & Benny's; Grant BBQed some sausages and they had them in rolls.

The Blossoms

As the shippers were still busy and there were boxes everywhere and nowhere to sit and eat we went out for dinner again, this time to The Blossoms as it's nearby and cheap. Grant and I had a loaded burger and lamb shank, Noah had spaghetti and garlic bread, and Daniel had chicken nuggets, jacket potato and beans.

Carvery

Because the shippers are coming tomorrow and everything we're sending has been washed and separated from everything we're keeping, we decided to just eat out today. We've been sorting and doing laundry and packing all day and cooking and keeping the kitchen sorted was the last thing on my mind! We went to a carvery.

Brewsters

We met up with Karen and her family at Brewsters for dinner. I had cheese and onion quiche with chips and salad; Grant had ribs; the kids had ham and pineapple pizza.

The Blossoms

Grant's letter of employment finally arrived from New Zealand so we went out to eat at The Blossoms. I had smothered chicken (chicken breast with BBQ sauce, bacon and cheese, served with chips), Grant had ribs and chips, Noah had spaghetti and meatballs (but didn't eat the meatballs) with garlic bread, and Daniel had a jacket potato, beans and chicken nuggets.
